Martin got me a great rate on my loan and significantly reduced my stress throughout the process of purchasing my first home. He's knowledgeable, experienced and honest as could be. If you don't mind hearing a few digressions about how best to pack up and move and can sit through the occasional bad joke, you can't go wrong here.
